Our Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds for SafeChain Ltd once it has been bought and delivered to your wallet address. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have entered the correct wallet address and that you have sufficient storage and security measures to safeguard your SafeChain Ltd

We may offer refunds for Payment Tokens in the following cases:

  • If the buying process failed due to technical issues on our end and you did not receive your SafeChain Ltd
  • If we rejected your purchase of SafeChain Ltd for any reason at our sole discretion
  • If we cancelled, modified, or terminated the ICO for any reason at our sole discretion

In such cases, we will refund your Payment Tokens to the address that you used to send them to us, minus any transaction fees or costs that we incur. We will try to process your refund within 14 days after we receive your refund request. However, we do not guarantee any specific refund time and we are not liable for any delays or failures in processing your refund.

To request a refund, you must contact us at support@safechain.ltd and provide us with the following information:

  • Your name and email address
  • The amount and type of Payment Tokens that you sent to u
  • The date and time of your purchase
  • The transaction ID/Hash of your purchase
  • The reason for your refund request

We reserve the right to verify your identity and eligibility for a refund before processing your request. We may also reject your refund request if we suspect any fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
